Beaverton, Oregon- September 20th, 2023- Mutts Coffee Roasters officially opens their first brick and mortar shop on the west side, located in Old Town Beaverton, just two blocks east of the Beaverton High School and two blocks west from the Beaverton Farmer's Market. 

 

Mutts Coffee launched at the end of 2020 as an online coffee roasting company, selling coffee beans nationwide and locally to raise money for rescue partners. Mutts Coffee rotates their coffee bag art to feature stories of rescue dogs and adoptable dogs to help promote social causes close to their mission and to help market adoptable dogs waiting to be placed. 25% of profits are donated to rescue partners. 

 

With the opening of Mutts Coffee's first brick and mortar location in downtown Beaverton, the city of Beaverton now has their very own dog themed coffee shop. Mutts Coffee will serve a full espresso menu, featuring their small batch roasted coffee, as well as chai, smoothies, bagels, pastries and more. There will be a menu for the pups too. 

 

Key features of the coffeeshop include an adoptable pet board featuring local shelter pets in need of homes, a drop-off donation basket for area rescues, and a neighborhood dog toy library.
